Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Pre-made items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after you order. Pre-order items will be shipped out 5-6 weeks after pre-orders close. If you'd like to stay updated on pre-order production, we will post updates on our Instagram @crystallinetimes -- if needed you can also DM us and ask for updates directly. We are happy to answer any questions.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you didn’t receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us. You can also view and manage your order by creating an account with the email you used to place the order at: Orders - Crystalline Times - Account
Q: Why was my order canceled?
A: We have to cancel and refund orders that marked as high-risk of fraud. If your order was cancelled due to a false flag and you want your order, email us at support@crystallinetimes.com, and we will verify your info and get your order through.
Sizing & Products
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We recommend checking our size guide linked on each product page. We do offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size if we have the needed size in stock.
Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: Some pieces are limited and won’t ever be restocked, but our most popular products may be returned.
Q: Are your clothes true to size?
A: Please check the product description of the item you're interested in, and there it will be listed whether the item is slim fit, true-to-size, or oversized.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Yes, if we have the size needed in stock. We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Q: I received a damaged or incorrect item — what do I do?
A: If you believe that you were sent the wrong item, please first check your order history to confirm. If it appears to not match with what you ordered, send us an email at support@crystallinetimes.com. Please refer to this page regarding damaged items: Refund policy – Crystalline Times

A: Only one discount code can be used per order.

A: Yes. We design our pieces in-house and partner with a trusted GOTS-certified manufacturer to ensure every garment is made ethically and sustainably. As a slow-fashion brand, we focus on mindful production and creating pieces you’ll love.
