Processing Time

- All pre-made items are shipped within 1–3 business days of your purchase.

- Items are considered pre-made unless clearly marked as a pre-order in the product description.

- Pre-order items will include estimated shipping times in their product description. Please read these carefully before purchasing. Average time until shipment is 5-6 weeks after pre-orders close.

Domestic & International Shipping

- We ship worldwide to over 150 countries.

- For international orders, your shipping address must be written in English. Our local carriers may return packages that are not labeled in English, and we are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect address formatting.

Customs Duties & Taxes

- Some countries may charge additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

- Crystalline Times is not responsible for covering or reimbursing any of these fees. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges.
