Refund policy

Crystalline Times accepts returns, refunds, and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

- The item is in perfect, resellable condition

- Original tags are attached

- The item is returned in its original packaging

If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to item availability.
Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at support@crystallinetimes.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Stolen, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Crystalline Times is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
First-Class Mail includes up to $100 of insurance, and you may be eligible for reimbursement through the carrier.


Wrong Address or Size

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we are happy to update your shipping address or change the size (if available).

  • If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes.
